ERI Management Group, LLC (DBA “Grand & Graham Pets” and “G&G Pets”) (“Grand & Graham Pets,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses personal information in order to provide the G&G Services. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the parties with whom we may share it, and your choices with respect to such information. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that relates to you as an individual and could reasonably be used to identify you. Grand & Graham Pets includes ERI Management Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents. This Privacy Policy applies to our collection and use of personal information through the G&G Services and any related websites, services, applications, tools, or platforms, as well as through any other means where a link or reference to this Privacy Policy is provided. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your use of the G&G Services constitutes your acknowledgment and/or consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Privacy Policy incorporates the Grand & Graham Pets Terms of Service (“Terms”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms. The Information That We Collect and/or Receive Grand & Graham Pets collects personal information: When You Provide It to Us This may include your: Account and contact information, including, without limitation, name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. Information regarding pets, including, without limitation, vaccinations, health history, age, microchip identification, and veterinarian information. Payment and billing information, including, without limitation, the amount and type of Pet Care Services purchased, the date and time of a transaction, payment card information, and billing address. Payment card transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), our third-party payment processor. Certain transaction information, such as your payment card number, may be stored by Stripe pursuant to the terms and conditions of its privacy policy and terms of use in order to make the billing or payout process more convenient for you when you use the G&G Services. If you are a Pet Care Provider, Stripe may also collect certain payment disbursement information to distribute your revenue from the Pet Care Services you provide via the G&G Services. Profile content, including, without limitation, photos, reviews, messages, or other content you choose to share. Identity verification or background check information, where applicable, such as age, date of birth, place of birth, gender, eye color, credit records, or credit score. Other information you choose to provide, as described when collected.

When You Use the G&G Services This may include your: Account history, including, without limitation, information about your account activity, completed Pet Care Services, and payment and refund records. Information created when you communicate using the G&G Services, including, without limitation, the content of such communications and the time/date of the communications. Information automatically collected when you visit our website using your computer or mobile device, including, without limitation, your IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, hardware and software settings and configurations, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after visiting our website the pages you view on our website, your actions on our website, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the website. This may also include information collected via one or more “cookies” when you visit our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on browsers or devices by websites, apps, online media, and advertisements. We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to support core platform functionality, including user authentication, session management, and maintaining a smooth user experience while browsing and purchasing Pet Care Services. You may be able to decline our cookies through your browser settings; however, this may interfere with your ability to use the G&G Services. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or allow outside companies or advertisers to deliver cookies through our website. Information Collected Through the G&G Services that is Not Covered by this Privacy Policy You may voluntarily post and share information, including, but not limited to, comments and reviews, through forums and other similar features available from time to time through the G&G Services. None of the information you provide through the use of these features is protected by this Privacy Policy, including any personal information. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING PERSONAL INFORMATION) THAT YOU PROVIDE USING ANY SUCH FEATURES. ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PUBLIC INFORMATION AND MAY BE VIEWED, COLLECTED, USED, MODIFIED, AND/OR DISCLOSED FOR ANY PURPOSE BY US AND THE PUBLIC. How We Use the Information We Collect Grand & Graham Pets uses the personal information that we collect: To Provide the G&G Services For example, we use personal information to: Evaluate your application. Create/update your account. Process transactions Process payments. Manage our website. Communicate with you regarding the G&G Services and/or your account.

Customer Support Grand & Graham Pets uses the information we collect to provide customer support, which may include investigating and responding to complaints. Marketing Grand & Graham Pets may use personal data to market the G&G Services to our users. This includes sending users email communications about the G&G Services, features, promotions, updates, and events. Legal Proceedings and Requirements or Fulfilling Contractual Obligations We may use personal data to investigate or address claims or disputes relating to use of the G&G Services, to satisfy requirements under applicable laws, regulations, or operating licenses or agreements, including requirements that apply to the Company in its capacity as service provider or contractor for another entity, or pursuant to legal process or governmental request, including from law enforcement. We may also aggregate, anonymize, or otherwise use your personal information without identifying you for any purpose permitted by applicable law. When We Share Your Information We only share personal information when it is necessary to provide the G&G Services or when required by law. Payment information is shared securely with Stripe at the time of checkout, payout, or refund. User profile information, such as your name and profile photo, may be visible to other users on the platform when browsing listings or viewing profiles. Transaction information is shared only between the parties involved in Pet Care Services (i.e., Pet Parents and Pet Care Providers) and our internal administrators for operational purposes. Operational and infrastructure data may be accessed by our third-party processors and our internal development team for monitoring and support. We may also disclose information to legal or regulatory authorities if required to do so by law, but only on a secure, case-by-case basis. We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing or unrelated purposes. Your Choices You have certain rights and choices with respect to your information, such as: Profile & Account Information. Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete certain information previously provided to us. Communications. With your consent as required by applicable law, we may send communications containing service information by SMS, text messages, and email at any phone number or email address you provide in connection with your account. If you are a Pet Sitter, you may receive service-related messages through Slack. You may opt out of receiving these messages by updating your preferences in your account settings. Protecting Your Personal Information Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third-party site or service, you may be offered additional or different sign-on protections from that third-party site or service. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting others’ access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized password activity within your account. We have implemented and maintain commercially reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal information. These measures are designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Please note, however, that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. and no Internet transmission is 100% secure or error-free. In particular, email sent to or from our website may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email or other electronic means. Although your request to stop receiving information will be reflected promptly in our database, we may retain all information you submit for a variety of purposes, including backups and archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, and analytics or statistics about our users. In order to fulfill your requests, we may require additional information from you. You may decline to share certain information with us, in which case we may not be able to accept your membership or provide you with our G&G Services. We cannot offer any assurances as to whether the companies we work with participate in the opt-out programs described above. Data Retention We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information will be removed from our systems, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain it. You may also request that your data be deleted at any time by emailing hello@grandgrahampets.com. Children The G&G Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will close the account and delete the personal information to the extent required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Notice to California Residents Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. We do not collect sensitive personal information except as necessary to provide the G&G Services. You may decline to provide such information; however, we may no longer be able to provide the G&G Services. If we use sensitive personal information for purposes other than to provide the G&G Services you request or as otherwise permitted by law, we will inform you and provide you the option to limit such use. Right to Non-Discrimination. You will not be discriminated against by Grand & Graham Pets for exercising rights set out in the CCPA. California “Shine the Light”. Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, California residents who have provided personal information to a business with which the individual has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California Customers”) may request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes as defined by this law. Notice of Financial Incentive. From time to time, we may offer financial incentives to promote the G&G Services, such as discounts, coupons, and special offers when you sign up for our email list or participate in a contest, sweepstakes, or promotion. To receive these financial incentives (or opt in), you will be asked to provide personal information, such as through an online form, contest submission, or social media. Participation is optional. You may opt out at any time using the instructions provided when you opt in, or any applicable methods described in the Your Choices section above. Each financial incentive related to submission and use of consumer personal information is based on our reasonable but sole determination of the estimated value of such information, which takes into consideration, without limitation, estimates regarding the anticipated revenue generated from such information, the anticipated expenses which might be incurred in the collection, storage, and use of such information in the operation of our business, and other relevant factors related to the estimated value of such information to our business, as permitted under the CCPA. Please note that we may provide additional terms that apply to a particular financial incentive. If applicable, those terms will be presented to you at sign-up or opt-in. Sensitive personal information, such as a debit card or credit card number, in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account. We have not, in the last 12 months, sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose users’ personal information. You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights under the CCPA. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require the agent to provide proof that you have authorized it to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. Further, to provide, correct, or delete specific pieces of personal information, we will need to verify your identity to the degree of certainty required by law. We will verify your request by asking you to send it from the email address associated with your account or requiring you to provide information necessary to verify your account. We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Nevada Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information, as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. Limitation of Liability By accessing the G&G Services and/or providing us with Personal Information and other data, you expressly and unconditionally release and hold us harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of such information.
